What Lifestyle Changes Are Needed After a HEART ATTACK?



There is no cure for coronary artery disease. In order to prevent the progression of heart disease and another heart attack, you must follow the advice and make necessary lifestyle changes – quite smoking, lowering your blood cholesterol, controlling your diabetes and high blood pressure, following an exercise plan, maintaining an ideal body weight, and controlling stress.

TREATMENT FOR HEART DISEASE:
• Antiblock kadha 15ml. in the morning empty stomach. Do not take anything before & after for 45 minutes.
• Durva extract or juice 1 tsp + 11 tulsi leaves juices
•  1 tsp Honey = mix it well &take it in the morning. To reduce the cholesterol.

NATUROPATHIC TREATMENT :
• A patient should be given complete mental & physical rest.
• He should be given enema with lukewarm water.
• Twice everyday cold wet pack kept on his chest for 15 minutes afterwards that region should be rubbed with dry cloth till it becomes red.
• Hot foot bath & Hand bath is excellent for relieving the pain of angina.
• The diet should be of lacto vegetarian i.e. low in sodium & calories.
• It should consist of high quality natural foods, with emphasis on fruits, vegetables, seeds, grains.
• Honey has marvelous properties to prevent all sort of heart disease; it tones up the heart muscle & improves the circulation. It is also effective in cardiac pain & palpitation of heart.
• The intake of food should be rich in vitamins ’E’, ’B’ complex group & ‘C’. Sprouts like Moong, sesame seed, Wheat, Green Chana etc.
• The heart should be massaged with sun charged oil from red bottle.
• He should be given 8 doses of 50 gm. Of sun charged water from yellow bottle.

YOGIC TREATMENT:
• Shavasan
• Nadishodhan without kumbhak
• Gomukhasan
• Omkar Meditation, Waterfall Mediation.
