IRON-DEFICIENCY ANEMIA

Iron is necessary for the body to make red blood cells. Low iron intake and loss of blood due to menstruation are the most common causes of iron-deficiency anemia. Treatment includes iron pills, or rarely, blood transfusion.

TREATMENT:
• Hathlathor flower juice 50 ml +50 ml water=take it twice a day. Nothing should be taken before and after a half hr. this will increase hemoglobin.
• Clapping 250 times a day
• Ushapan – drink 4 glass of water in morning.
• Drumstick leaves are good source of calcium and vitamin ‘A’.

PERNICIOUS ANEMIA (B12 deficiency):
An autoimmune condition that prevents the body from absorbing enough B12 in the diet. Besides anemia, nerve damage (neuropathy) can eventually result. High doses of B 12 prevent long-term problems.

TREATMENT:
• Wheat sprout will help in healing.
• Moong sprout are good in all vitamin and nutrients.
• Sesame seed sprout is good source of calcium, so the proportion of sprouts are moong, wheat & sesame seeds – 2:1:1 respectively.

THALASSEMIA:
This is a genetic form of anemia that mostly affects people of Mediterranean heritage.
Most people have no symptoms and require no treatment. Others may need regular blood transfusions to relieve anemia symptoms.

TREATMENT :
• In this take raw diet for 3-5 years.
• Fruits, leafy vegetables. Sprouted moong, wheat & sesame seeds.
• Wheat is acting as a healing agent. 3-4 tbsp moong & half of that wheat & sesame seeds should be taken everyday (2:1:1)
• Drumstick vegetable / its leaves chutney. Drumsticks are the good source of calcium, vitamin ‘A’. leaves are useful in gas trouble.
• Patient should not eat cooked food.

Yogic Treatment :
• Activate seven chakras (endocrine glands)
• Pranayam
• Ushapan is compulsory
• Tali / claping 250 times a day.
