CONDITION THAT CAN CAUSE LOW PRESSURE

Some medical condition can cause low blood pressure. These include:

• Pregnancy. Because a women’s circulatory system expands rapidly during pregnancy, blood pressure is likely to drop. This is normal, and blood pressure usually return to your pre-pregnancy level after you’ve given birth.
• Heart problems. Some heart condition that can lead to low blood pressure include extremely low heart rate (bradycardia), heart valve problems, heart attack and heart failure.

These condition may cause low blood pressure because they prevent your body from being able to circulate enough blood.

• Endocrine problems. Thyroid  conditions – such as parathyroid disease – adrenal insufficiency (Addison’s disease), low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) and, in some cases, diabetes can trigger low blood pressure.
• Dehydration. When you become dehydrated, your body loses more water than it takes in. Even mild dehydration can cause weakness, dizziness and fatigue. Fever, vomiting, severe diarrhea, overuse of diuretics and strenuous exercise can all lead to dehydration.
• Lack of nutrients in your diet. A lack of the vitamins B-12 and folate can cause a condition in which your body doesn’t produce enough red blood cells (anemia), causing low blood pressure.

NATUROPATHY TREATMENT:
• Take 1 lt. of water in the morning after waking up.
• Sweeteners like jiggery, honey should be taken(not sugar)
• Salad fruits intake to be improved, it gives water, mineral & vitamins supplements in natural form, which are easy to absorb in the body.

MALARIA

A mosquito’s bite transmits a parasite into a person’s blood, where it infects red blood cells. Periodically, the red blood cells rupture, causing fever, chills, and organs damage

Treatment:
• Fever kadha
• 2 tsp of crushed cumin seed (jeera) + 1 spoon of jiggery make pea sized pills take 1-1-1 in a day.

Types of Blood Disorders
Blood Disorder Affecting White Blood Cells
Blood disorders that affect white blood cell include:

LYMPHOMA:
A form of blood cancer that develops in the lymph system. In lymphoma, a white blood cell becomes malignant, multiplying and spreading abnormally. Hodgkin’s lymphoma and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma are the two major groups of lymphoma. Treatment with chemotherapy and/or radiation can extend life with lymphoma, and sometimes cure it.

LEUKEMIA:
A form of blood cancer in which a white blood cell becomes malignant and multiplies inside bone marrow. Leukemia may be acute (rapid and severe) or chronic (slowly progressing). Chemotherapy and/or stem cell transplantation (bone marrow transplant) can treat leukemia, and sometimes result in a cure.

MULTIPLE MYELOMA:
A blood cancer in which a white blood cell called a plasma cell becomes malignant. The plasma cells multiply and release damaging substances that eventually cause organ damage. Multiple myeloma has no cure, but stem cell transplant and/or chemotherapy can allow people to live for years with the condition.

Treatment:
• Graviola fruit or Laxman fruit is good cure for cancer.
One can take its tree leaves kadha once in a day (10-15 leaves in a half ltr of water boil it make it half and take it)
• No cooked food; no milk
• One should stay on complete raw diet of sprouts, salads, fruits, vegetables.

IRON-DEFICIENCY ANEMIA

Iron is necessary for the body to make red blood cells. Low iron intake and loss of blood due to menstruation are the most common causes of iron-deficiency anemia. Treatment includes iron pills, or rarely, blood transfusion.

TREATMENT:
• Hathlathor flower juice 50 ml +50 ml water=take it twice a day. Nothing should be taken before and after a half hr. this will increase hemoglobin.
• Clapping 250 times a day
• Ushapan – drink 4 glass of water in morning.
• Drumstick leaves are good source of calcium and vitamin ‘A’.

PERNICIOUS ANEMIA (B12 deficiency):
An autoimmune condition that prevents the body from absorbing enough B12 in the diet. Besides anemia, nerve damage (neuropathy) can eventually result. High doses of B 12 prevent long-term problems.

TREATMENT:
• Wheat sprout will help in healing.
• Moong sprout are good in all vitamin and nutrients.
• Sesame seed sprout is good source of calcium, so the proportion of sprouts are moong, wheat & sesame seeds – 2:1:1 respectively.

THALASSEMIA:
This is a genetic form of anemia that mostly affects people of Mediterranean heritage.
Most people have no symptoms and require no treatment. Others may need regular blood transfusions to relieve anemia symptoms.

TREATMENT :
• In this take raw diet for 3-5 years.
• Fruits, leafy vegetables. Sprouted moong, wheat & sesame seeds.
• Wheat is acting as a healing agent. 3-4 tbsp moong & half of that wheat & sesame seeds should be taken everyday (2:1:1)

• Patient should not eat cooked food.

Yogic Treatment :
• Activate seven chakras (endocrine glands)
• Pranayam
• Ushapan is compulsory
• Tali / claping 250 times a day.

TYPES OF BLOOD DISORDERS

Blood disorders can affect any of the three main components of blood:

• Red blood cells, which carry oxygen to the body’s tissues
• White blood cells, which fight infections
• Platelets, which help blood to clot

Blood disorders can also affect the liquid portion of blood, called plasma.

BLOOD DISORDERS AFFECTING RED BLOOD CELLS:

ANEMIA:
People with anemia have a low number of red blood cells. Mild anemia often causes no symptoms. More severe anemia can cause fatigue, pale skin, and shortness of breath with exertion.

YOGIC TREATMENT:
• Manipur chakra exercise,
• Pranayam

TREATMENT:

• Vitamin ‘E’ rich food, sprouted mong and green chana, wheat, sesame seed, almond.
• Banana, light easy digestible food.
• Eat wheat grass raw / juice.
• 1 ripe banana + 2tsp honey+ 1 cardamon + 1 spoon of amla powder mix it well, & take it to increase hemoglobin.
• (Barbery fig cactus) Hathla thor flower juice 50ml + water 50ml, take this twice a day, to improve hemoglobin level. Nothing should be taken before & after ½ hr.

IRON – DEFICIENCY ANEMIA:

Iron is necessary for the body to make red blood cells. Low iron intake and loss of blood due to menstruation are the most common causes of iron – deficiency anemia. Treatment includes iron pills, or rarely, blood transfusion.

Treatment:

• Hathlathor flower juice 50ml + 50ml water = take it twice a day. Nothing should be taken before and after ½ hr. this will increase hemoglobin.
• Clapping 250 times a day
• Ushapan – drink 4 glass of water in morning
• Drumstick leaves are good source of calcium and vitamin ‘A’.

How Does Blood Circulatory System Work?

The blood circulatory system (cardiovascular system) delivers nutrients and oxygen to all cell in the body. It consists of the heart and the blood vessles running through the entire body. The arteries carry blood away from the heart; the veins carry it back to the heart. The system of blood vessles resembles a tree; The ‘’trunk’’, the main artery [aorta], branches into large arteries, which ramify into smaller and smaller vessels. The smallest arteries end a network of tiny vessels, the capaillary network.

There is not only one blood circulatory system in the human body, but two, which are connected: The systemic circulation provides organs, tissues and cells with blood so that they get oxygen and their other vital substances. The pulmonary circulation is where the fresh oxygen we breathe in enters the blood. At the same time, carbon dioxide is released from the blood.

Circulation starts when the heart relaxes between two heartbeats: blood flows from both atria (the upper two chambers of the heart) into the ventricles (the lower two chambers). The following phase is called ejection period, which is when both ventricles pump blood into the large arteries.

In the systemic circulation, the left ventricle pumps blood into the main artery (aorta). Oxygen-rich blood travels from the main artery to larger and smaller arteries into the capillary network. There the blood releases oxygen, nutrients and other important substances and takes on carbon dioxide and waste substances. The blood, which is now low in oxygen, is now collected in veins and travels to the right atrium and into the right ventricle.

Now pulmonary circulation start: The right ventricle pumps blood that carries little oxygen into the pulmonary artery, which branches off into smaller and smaller arteries and capillaries. The capillaries from a fine network around the pulmonary vesicles, grape-like air sacs at the end of the end of the airways. This is where carbon dioxide is released from the blood and fresh oxygen enters the bloodstream. When we breathe out, carbon dioxide leaves our body. Oxygen-rich blood travels through the pulmonary vein and the left atrium into the left ventricle. The net heart beat start a new cycle of systemic circulation.

MIGRAINE

Headache can cause intense throbbing or a pulsing sensation in one area of the head and is commonly accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and extreme sensitivity to light and sound.
Migraine attacks can cause significant pain for hours to days and be so severe that all you can think about is finding a dark, quiet place to lie down.
Some migraines are preceded or accompanied by sensory warning symptoms, such as flashes of light, blind spots, or tingling in your arm or leg.

CAUSES:
Migraines may be caused by changes in the brainstem and its interactions with the trigeminal nerve, a major pain pathway.
Imbalances in brain chemicals- including serotonin, which help regulate pain in your nervous system.
  • FOODS - Aged cheeses, salty foods and processed foods may trigger migraines. Skipping meals or fasting also can trigger attacks.
  • FOOD ADDITIVES - The sweetener aspartame and the preservative monosodium glutamate, found in many foods, may trigger migraines.
  • DRINKS - Alcohol, specially wine, and highly caffeinated beverages may trigger migraines.
  • STRESS - Stress at work or home can cause migraines.
  • SENSORY STIMULI - Bright light and sun glare can induce migraines, as can loud sounds. Unusual smells – including perfume, paint thinner, second hand smoke and others – can trigger migraines in some people.
  • CHANGES IN WAKE – sleep pattern. Missing sleep or getting too much sleep may trigger migraines in some people, as can jet lag.
  • CHANGES IN THE ENVIRONMENT - A change of weather or barometric pressure can prompt a migraine.

LIFESTYLE AND HOME REMEDIES:
Self-care measures can help ease the pain of a migraine headache.
Try muscle relaxation exercises. Relaxation may help ease the pain of a migraine headache.
  • Relaxation techniques may include progressive muscle relaxation, meditation or yoga.
  • Get enough sleep, but don’t oversleep. Get an adequate amount of sleep each night.
  • Rest and relax. If possible, rest in a dark, quiet room when you feel a headache coming on. Place an icepack wrapped in a cloth on the back of your neck and apply gentle pressure to painful areas of neck.

Alternative medicine nontraditional therapies may be helpful if you have chronic migraine pain:
  • ACUPUNCTURE - In this treatment, a practitioner inserts many thin, disposable needles into several areas of your skin at defined points. Clinical trials have found that acupuncture may be helpful for headache pain.
  • MESSAGE THERAPY - Massage therapy may help reduce the frequency of migraines.

HERBS, VITAMINS AND MINERALS.
  • A high dose of riboflavin (vitamin B-2) also may prevent migraines or reduce the frequency of headaches. Whole cereals, legumes, facts, oil seeds, nuts and leafy vegetable are good sources while milled cereal and flours, roots and tubers and other vegetables are fair sources.
  • Due to low magnesium levels in some people with migraines, magnesium supplements have been used to treat migraines, red grapes, flax seeds, rajgira (royal grain) are good source of magnesium.

ACUPRESSURE:

· GL 5,

· Toe-brain

· Occipital, M.O, Nape,

· Ear 8 pts

· Kadu powder 1 tp spoon take it in the morning at 5:30am, after 10 minutes. Drink 1 and a half glass of water. 7.00am eat 2”gudpapadi. Continue this for 10 days.
