When should we drink water?

USHAPAN – the very best time for drinking water is to drink four glasses (1 ltr) first thing upon arising in the morning.

BENEFITS OF USHAPAN:

One should drink 4 glass of water in the morning after waking up without cleansing your mouth so before going to bed clean your mouth. One should sit and drink water otherwise it will create gases and stomach pain.

The first glass of water separates the oxygen and hydrogen (it dilutes the acids). Oxygen enters in the blood hemoglobin and cleanses it. Hydrogen mixes with plasma and cleanses it. Second glass of water pushes down the diluted acid from the stomach. Third and fourth glass of water cleanses the digestive system as well as small and big blood vessels. It cleanses the kidney. It removes the constipation, gas, acidity and other related diseases.

We should never drink water with our meals as it will dilute the hydrochloric acid in the stomach. This acid will have a harder time in breaking down the food, causing the food to stay in stomach longer, and causing indigestion, ulcers, etc. we should wait at least one hour after we eat before drinking water and no sooner than 15 minutes before we eat. It is also not advisable to drink real hot or real cold water or liquids of any kind as these extremes are debilitating to the stomach. Water is needed to help regulate our temperatures.

Balanced diet with respect to acidic and alkalinity of blood:

The blood of a person is regulated to be pure if it is 80% alkaline and 20% acidic after chemical process in it. This mean that if one portion of our daily diet is acid producing, four times that portion should be alkali producing. Only then we should remain healthy, otherwise not. So its best to start your day with alkaline breakfast that is raw food.

To stay happy, healthy and away from all diseases we need to go close to nature, and learn discipline in life and follow the natural life.

After fruits, the natural food of human beings is leafy vegetables. It is alkaline and at the same time it has mineral salts. All leafy vegetables are alkaline in their natural form; therefore the best way of eating leafy vegetables is to make their salad. By taking salad regularly skin diseases and impurity of blood do not occur, the heat of the body subsides and one does not suffer from constipation.

Healthy diet shall be our medicine. One should eat sprouted moong, sesame seeds, wheat, green chana in the morning. It is full of vitamin E and A, carbohydrates, protein and fiber. One can put sprouts in the sun in the morning it will give vitamin D as well.
